Assassins Creed:Brotherhood – New and Improved

Assassins Creed—Brotherhood – New and Improved

Assassins Creed II was a video game smash hit, as per reviews and sales. At present another episode has been created and released with outstanding results. There have been some changes to the game and are quite welcome. Here are some features that have modified, although some features have remained the same, in Assassins Creed-Brotherhood, the 3rd game in the AC franchise.

A direct sequel to Assassins Creed II, this game features the same key protagonists, Ezio Auditore da Firenze and Desmond Miles and the plot picks up right where it left off with Ezio emerging from the vault perplexed and disorientated, and Desmond, having escaped the Templar’s attacks, seeking refuge in the ruins of Villa Auditore. As with the other editions in the franchise, the multifaceted plot is engaging and compelling while the locale in ancient Rome is extensive and detailed.

Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood is the first game in the franchise to offer a multi-player mode. The game play remains comparable to the other games and players still use the full range of techniques and assassin’s skills as in the other generations of the game. Multi-player mode also includes a leveling system in which players can receive rewards for accessing new levels and gaining experience during conflicts.

In the new generation of the game, combat is more intense, quicker and more dynamic. Instead of retaliating only after the AI’s initial strike, as in A. C. II, players strike first and have incentive (scoring wise) to do so. This strike-first format speeds the game up significantly, making for a quick-hitting, diverse and versatile style of play.

On the whole Assassins Creed-Brotherhood is a momentous improvement on previous generations of the game. The world the game operates in is a bigger, more superior and engaging place than previous worlds. The multi-player feature and the improved pace of play make it a more entertaining and social gaming experience.
